Test Versions Question

Post by andymars650 » Sun Mar 15, 2015 6:42 pm

I'm getting ready for the April test, and I just had a thought: Are there three separate versions of the gre physics test given each year or is the same version given all three times in that year? I'm assuming they're different versions, but I can't find any info to verify that. If it is the same version, that could be a huge advantage for anyone who takes it more than once in that year.

They are very different. I took the test twice last fall. One had more on thermo/stat mech, and the other had more nuclear. There may have been 10 or so questions that carried over, but they were the kind of questions that are on all the example tests.
