Walter Lewin's online video lectures covers intro topics which are fundamental aspects of the physics GRE, follow this link http://web.mit.edu/physics/facultyandst ... lewin.html
and look under "Take a Class", follow each to the respective page and click "video lectures" on the left tab. The first course also has lecture indexes, which tell you what portion of the video covers which topic.

Walter Lewin is an inspiration! I watched a number of those lectures to help me get un-rusted after three years of no physics. I wrote him an email of thanks for helping me through, and he responded right away! Apparently he always responds eventually.
One of his strengths as a lecturer is that he tries develop intuition towards physical concepts, and makes it very clear when intuition isn't going to work in particular instances.
Plus, his demonstrations are excellent and often riveting! Dork that I am, I shared the last ten minutes of the lecture at the link below with my dinner guests the other night. Fun!
