Admission for PhD in Radiation/Medical Physics

I want to apply for PhD position in Medical/Radiation physics. I need help of some one in securing the admission.

No offense, but does anyone else notice that a lot of internationals think that you can somehow guarantee admission?

Yes, but to be fair it is in fact quite easy to guarantee admission with the aforementioned sexual favors and Klondike bars.
