Mastering Out

Mastering Out

So this season didn't work out as planned due to one of my recs screwing me over, and I'm interested to hear people's perspectives on the moral and professional ramifications of mastering out of a funded Ph.D program after 1-2 years to go someplace else. I get mixed reports, what do you think?
