Error calculation

Post by cweeter » Mon Apr 12, 2010 7:11 pm

Hey guys,
so I have been out of touch with all these things for long and when I found myself in a situation as this, I could not think of any place better than this forum to clear my doubt.

I have a certain value, of say A which is like 3.93±0.8
and B = 4.2±1.3

I have to find the ratio of A and B with the errors included. how do I go about it doing correctly?
Thanks a lot!
