Doing master on another department

  • This has become our largest and most active forum because the physics GRE is just one aspect of getting accepted into a graduate physics program.
  • There are applications, personal statements, letters of recommendation, visiting schools, anxiety of waiting for acceptances, deciding between schools, finding out where others are going, etc.

Doing master on another department

Post by postmodern_physicist » Tue Jan 27, 2009 1:42 pm

I`m studing at Space Engineering department but I want to do master on Physics.I dont think that courses (which I took) related with mechanics and thermodymamics will be enough to be accepted to physics master program. But it could be a chance for me to gain this degree by geting the best score in PGRE.Can you offer materials related with PGRE?
P.S Please consider my low advanced math knowledge covering all physics courses included in PGRE before you answer.
