What is a good Subject score to get accepted to an Ivy League for Particle Physics program? I am a US Citizen at a large State University.

Ivy league status and difficulty of admission are only weakly correlated for physics grad schools.

Even so, for Ivies (other than Dartmouth, which is the least selective of the gang and does not have particle physics either), GPA and PGRE are far from everything.
Do you have research experience relevant to particle physics? Are you more of an experimentalist or more of a theorist? If you're interested in particle physics because of theory, better aim for 900+...
