How strict is BU with the transcript policy?

I didn't notice Boston U's requirement to mail in transcripts until a couple of days ago. So, I ordered 2 of my transcripts to be sent, but I have 4 total, including 2 community colleges. I just uploaded those. Do you think they will mind? Like, if I have a good application, will they reject me on the basis of the transcript requirement?
