NSF Fellowship Rating Sheets

Did everyone else only receive two rating sheets back from their NSF Fellowship application? In past years I know that people were given three rating sheets so I was wondering if they've cut the number since then.

It depends on whether or not they felt you need another evaluation. I received three.

I had three reviewers. Apparently there were up to four reviewers for some people on Gradcafe..
