I think that grad classes are a bonus, not a detriment, so getting a B/B+ in an extra math class is still better than not having that math class at all. After all, if you took that math graduate class at your graduate school and got a B/B+, no one would care. If the topic is really important for you to know well, you can always take it again when in PhD program and you'll learn more since it will be your second time around. So I wouldn't worry about it.
