should i send the sub scores?

Hi. just got my score. and it was even worse than my last time. I feel crushed. I really expected to do better this time. this will surely change a lot on my application process. So I'm wondering, if the school doesnt require the sub score, do you think i'd better not send the score at all? cause i'm an international student and it seems most applicants have really high scores. I'm afraid sending the scores will just decrease my chance. advice?
