my PGRE test's due is the next 10th Nov but the problem is that i didn't add any score recipients yet but what i don't get is that i asked them(i.e ETS) : can't i make the correction and scan it and email it on the Internet....they ignored my question and said as follow: " indicate the changes on the correction stub attached to your admission ticket and mail or fax it to ETS....You may also email your corrections to gre-info@ets.org"

so what do they mean?....I must send the correction stub by mail or fax only???? but iam international student and i think it might take long time besides the expenses

I agree they should simply accept emails. Don't know why they don't.
But faxing shouldn't cost much. Besides I think you can also do it over phone. I'm not sure though.

don't know really cuz i asked clearly about this point but they ignored it and answered with the formal statement instead
i really don't know what to do...

You can just do it online using your myGRE account.

I mimicked the form of the correction stub with all the same information and emailed the ETS and they corrected my recipients in a matter of days.

just for the records and generations to come asking the same question as i did
I did as Tom Joad said and i mimicked the correction stub and emailed it to gre-info@ets.org
and they responded 5 or 6 days later that they have processed my request and will send the scores to the required recipients
