GPA, GPA, GPA!!!

  • This has become our largest and most active forum because the physics GRE is just one aspect of getting accepted into a graduate physics program.
  • There are applications, personal statements, letters of recommendation, visiting schools, anxiety of waiting for acceptances, deciding between schools, finding out where others are going, etc.

GPA, GPA, GPA!!!

Hi, I'm a sophomore at UC Berkeley. I have a question with relationship between GPA and grad school admission.... Would a person with 3.5 GPA on both major and overall has a chance to get admitted to top tier universities??

Don't double post. you asked your question once and people answered it although it was not yet in the right section.
you need to be patient and search the forum. if you can't, here is your answer: YOU NEED 4.00 GPA for both major and minor otherwise you are screwed.
