last year statistics

  • This has become our largest and most active forum because the physics GRE is just one aspect of getting accepted into a graduate physics program.
  • There are applications, personal statements, letters of recommendation, visiting schools, anxiety of waiting for acceptances, deciding between schools, finding out where others are going, etc.

last year statistics

Post by betelgeuse1 » Tue Mar 02, 2010 2:15 pm

I was looking at the 2009 admission files and there are lots of accepted people on march 20-march 28 so why are we all in panic now?

Not all are panicking! only some of us. I don't know about you, but I am panicking because I still don't have a single acceptance. Sure there were acceptances sent out in march, even in april (in 2009) , but those applicants had atleast one acceptance which might have pacified them.. I wouldn't be so panicky if I had even a single acceptance even from my safest school..
but lets wait again.. as cogently pointed out by grae and geshi http://www.physicsgre.com/viewtopic.php ... 206#p27206
