Score Reports: To be concerned or no?

I don't trust ETS. They are a bunch of rotten thieves, evil snarkies... Anyway...

I ordered score reports online after taking the tests and ordered both subject (taken in both Oct and Nov) and general scores (mid-October) to be sent to all of the schools to which I'm applying. However, on all of my Application Status pages, the schools have received subject but not general scores. Is it normal for them to get one and not the other when I ordered the reports simultaneously? Deadlines are so close and I can't and don't want to pay another $20 a pop when I ordered them the first time.... I remember somebody else posting on this sort of thing, where the ETS doesn't connect the same person's different test scores...

Grrrrr ETS.

Call ETS. If there was an error you should be able to fix it without paying more cash.

Yep. Just called and I had two separate files, and the general scores weren't being sent. They are sending them now separately... :evil:
