What chances do I stand in a Candian university for M.Sc. / Ph.D. with following profile
Master in Physics 73%
One semester leading to a dissertation
Bachelor's 54 %
GRE Physics 800
TOEFL 600
Country of origin India

which school?
it's harder to get into UBC and the University of Toronto than Manitoba or Western.

Also, it is very important (in Canada) to talk to a professor or two at the university you are applying to BEFORE you apply. Graduate admissions are a little different in Canada than the States, who you know and who knows you is very important.

what do you mean by bachelor 54%, master 73%. are they your GPAs?
as dmahler said, in CA its also probable that a professor admit you than admission committee.
