Interview at University of Amsterdam

  • This has become our largest and most active forum because the physics GRE is just one aspect of getting accepted into a graduate physics program.
  • There are applications, personal statements, letters of recommendation, visiting schools, anxiety of waiting for acceptances, deciding between schools, finding out where others are going, etc.

Interview at University of Amsterdam

Postby AstroMason » Fri Dec 22, 2017 8:46 am

Hey all! I've just been accepted for an interview with the Anton Pannekoek Institute for Astronomy at the University of Amsterdam. Has anyone gone through those PhD interviews before? I learnt about the program for the two days where the 1st day consists of presentations (30 students x 20 minutes??), and the 2nd day is for interviews with a panel. What is the interview like?
