LOR for Madison: Computer Science Prof?

Hi all,
Madison requests letters from physics, astro, math, or chem profs. For every other uni, I am using one comp sci prof an two physics professors (one of whom was a research advisor). I truly think this is my best combination, especially since my comp sci prof was also the coach of my computer programming competition team, etc. and because computer science is still fairly close to math. I am worried that I will be faulted for not following instructions, however. Thoughts?
