Physics GRE Discussion Forums

Hi,
So my situation is that I graduated 5 years ago. I haven't maintained contact with any physics pfs. I did do a thesis, but my relationship with my thesis advisor was not too great... there is maybe 1 pf from my university who might consider recommending me. I have done no coursework or research work in physics, since graduating 5 years ago...

So, i'm not sure what to do... any thoughts?

I would recommend trying to get some research experience before you apply. Here's a thread discussing how to go about doing just that.
