Scores and UCSC

Hello.
Im interested on get some information about the importance the UCSC Division of Graduate Studies put on both the GRE and PGRE scores of an international applicant as me, beside some nice recommendation letters, a pair of collaboration on research papers and excellent undergratuate grades. Im NOT trying to apply to any Astronomy program as most of the questions concerning UCSC in this forum are asked about. Advice of current or past graduate students are really appreciated. By the way, some information that is not explicitly indicated on the entire website of the Graduate Program could be helpful, even more if it is true, not merely assumptions.
