Should I submit a separate course list with transcript?

So I have two separate undergrad degrees, one for physics/math, one for music. Since the degrees are "combined", my transcript contains everything for both degrees. Thus it has tons (I mean, maybe 2/3 of the total) of music courses simply because of the nature of the degree requirements, and it looks very, very disorganized from the standpoint of the admission committee looking for physics related courses

I noticed that some school requires a list of physics courses, but some don't. For those that don't ask for a list, do you think I would go overboard if I submit that list along with the transcript anyways? The last thing I want is the admission committee getting confused over my transcript and miss the good grades (and the grad classes I took) I get in physics/math/chemistry (I do have a few Bs in my music classes because of sheer laziness :)).

I'd suggest you prepare an organized transcript yourself and send it together with other documents or upload as a complimentary document. and remind them in your SOP. I had the same problem and I was not able to put any other document in the transcript envelope because that should be "sealed and official" so I just send them separately.
