Choosing Universities - Need some Help

Hey Guys! I'm applying for PhD in physics( mostly theoretical except one) in Fall 2018. I was wondering if someone can comment on my choice of colleges. Thanks in advance!

Take your Physics GRE in junior year if you can and again in senior year and the score will guide your list.

Look at U of Maryland, as they have a lot of EE and physics interactions and lots of theorists in areas that overlap EE and physics.
U of Maryland is on a METRO subway line from Washington DC, in College Park, Maryland.
