School Suggestions

Hello All, I just got my April GRE scores back and have just started seriously looking for grad schools. I have a small list but want a realistic opinion on what should be reach / realistic / safety schools.

Undergrad Institution: large top 40 private uni
Major(s): Physics
Minor(s):
GPA in Major: 3.6
Overall GPA: 3.44
Length of Degree: 4
Position in Class: Cum Laude
Type of Student: Domestic white male

Research Experience: 1 year doing biophysics with light scattering, 9 months at CERN (1st author on paper, although its not published in a journal... and presented poster at REU presentation), 1 year working on ATLAS muon triggers

Awards/Honors/Recognitions: not really...

Pertinent Activities or Jobs: Currently working on cyclotron used for proton therapy treatment and helping to develop its technology and I'm actually doing things that aren't just data collecting

Any Miscellaneous Accomplishments that Might Help: Scholarship chair of fraternity, President of competitive gaming club

Special Bonus Points: Got an "A" in Advanced Lab (Grad Course), took quantum and E&M 2 in french at University of Geneva (Got "A" and "A-")(don't really know french), recommendation from previous director of HCL, upward trend in GPA

Any Other Info That Shows Up On Your App and Might Matter: Graduated in 2014, well versed in C, ROOT, Unix

You may want to add Yale if you lean more strongly towards HEP-EX...
