Hi
i got 56% in UG
323 in GRE
8.0 in IELTS

good college for me with quantum phy/nanotech courses available

Physics programs don't care about the general GRE. Your GPA is poor so you need to do well on the subject GRE to try to convince schools that you know the material. Also, what research experience do you have?

By the way, a 323 combined score for the General GRE is pretty average for a physics applicant.

Also, what's in a 323? General GRE scores should never be reported as a composite score (unless some schools have a cutoff, soft or hard, based on general GRE scores)
