hi
i'm an international student from South Korea.
An obscure university among my country's universities
GPA not 4.0 scale.(it's 4.5scale) like 3/4 of all classes are A and A+'s and 1/4 B+'s(got some scholarships in a couple of semesters due to gpa)
GRE General V155 Q165 A3.0(may take it again soon due to low writing score)
PGRE 990
TOEFL recently taken. i'm weak at speaking.
Research Experience: Non except a senior thesis.
Interested in high energy physics theory. I like mathematical aspect of physics. No serious research about that. read some grad school books. and some attempt to read some journal articles.

You could recalibrate a bit upwards, I think. I wouldn't apply to public schools in the top 10, but the private ones I would. And more schools of all types in the 15-40 range.

You have the low end of your list covered.

Might want to consider Yale, Johns Hopkins...
