Selection of schools on the basis of PGRE score range

Hey,

My PGRE score is 740 and am an international

I will apply this November to grad schools in US.

I have been shortlisting schools which contain my program of interest (experimenal astrophysics/cosmology if anyone wants to know) based, primarily on my PGRE score.
However, based on a recent dialogue I had with one of the users on this site, I realised that I might have missed taking into account a few universities.
So I wanted to ask anyone who might know or have experience with which schools might give a realistic chance of admission with the above score ?

Thank you for your advice

This file is vastly incomplete; what schools could be in your shortlist depend on grades, research experience...

Assuming an otherwise average application, Pittsburgh, Wisconsin, and New Mexico State are solid choices in that range. Wisconsin might be a reach.

The only thing I know with any level of certainty is that the University of Washington is a reach...
