Getting acquainted with big department

Hello all!
I did my undergraduate in a small school where
Physics department had only 10 undergraduates.
However, I am attending a very big school for grad school where
number of grad students is about 200. Do you guys have
any suggestion on how I can better prepare myself
in that kind of setting where individual attention is
very low !
