Top 10-25 in HEP Phenomenology

Hello everyone,
This (http://www.physicsgre.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=3116) gives a current list of high ranking grad schools in Physics. I am interested in HEP theory or phenomenology...but not sure if I could make it to top 10 in the list. Can anyone suggest some more places like (I heard about BU, UW Seattel from other sources) beyond the list but still reasonably good in these areas?
