Most important aspects for grad school

Anyone care to rank/weight them? Is it just mainly GPA, GRE, LoRs, PS, and research experience?

Different schools weight each of those categories differently. They all take all of the factors you mentioned into account, but while some schools may pay the most attention to the PGRE, others pay the most attention to LORs, others care most about research experience, and most probably consider a few or even all of those categories somewhat equally.
