So after two months of sending my transcripts a few times, one of my transcripts from one school is listed as received, but the other one is still missing. When I emailed the graduate admissions office about this, they told me there was no way to check because they have thousands of pieces of mail and that every email they get is an interruption to their workflow. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks!

I would try calling them. That is what I did today. I sent my transcript on Dec 23rd. And only today was my status changed to received official transcript. Now I am worried that other schools might have this problem as well. Not that they don't get the transcripts but more about getting it together with the rest of your application.

I'd call - I didn't get any replies when I emailed the physics graduate office (whoever that goes to) There is also some delay when their web system is updated too so it is entirely possible it's still waiting to get posted after the holidays.
