Can you tell me what you think of my human memory erasing machine idea.

Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo.

I think I have built the worlds first human memory erasing machine.
It also could stop the spread of Parkinson's disease throughout the brain.
Testing would start by testing on a mouse.
The idea works by combining the INUMAC MRI machine (for imaging Neuro disease Using high-field MR, And Contrastophores) can image a area of about 0.1mm, or 1000 neurons, and see changes occuring as fast as one-tenth of a second, with a modified gamma knife machine, as well as combining EEG, MEG, CT, AND PET scanners altogether as one, into a single system.
The gamma knife machine can ionize neurons at cubic microns scales
The idea for you to see is on google's Quora question-and-answer website where questions are created, answered, edited and organized by its community of users.
The idea is in my profile page on Quora for you to see it.
Can you tell me your thoughts on the idea.
