This is quite the news.

CERN has finally come up with some substantial evidence that breaks one of Einsteins laws of nature, laws that shouldn't be broken.
We base most of our understanding of the world around us on those laws, but the armor of the true nature of reality has quite possibly taken a mighty blow. What does this mean? Where will it take us if confirmed? New technologies? Will we soon be traveling into other dimensions, at speeds faster than light? We can only imagine, as for me i hope it is confirmed, it seems like the world will become a more interesting and amazing place than it already is.
Also, the rumored propagation of the particle getting to speeds faster than light are through extra dimensions. Which can be linked to the meticulous string theory or M-Theory.

thats the string theory explanation on youtube, quite amazing if you watch it through.
