time zone

time zone

hi every body i'm sorry to ask all of you a very basic thing. it will be of great help if someone could tell me where can i find the time setting zone. My post timing is incorrect and i don't like that truly.
i searched the user control panel but to to of no avail.
so please help me.

On the side bar in the user control panel go to "board preferences" >> "edit global settings".
