What do you think about ETS?

I want to know what people think of ETS, but I wanted to wait for the whole gre process to be done with. Gives people more time to cool off and reflect on ETS.
Personally, I struggle to find anything good about to say about them. In my experience, I found that they treated me like dirt; since, of course, they have no incentive to ease the process for the test takers. They don't answer to us, we answer to them.
