Are they useful for dimensional analysis problems on the PGRE?

Yes.
The easiest way to remember these kinds of things is through the simplest equations that involve them, which put them in terms of quantities with simpler units. Maybe things like this.
$$U = q V$$
$$F = q v \times B$$
$$\Phi_B = A B$$
