How long does it take to get the score of PGRE

Hi guys, I have taken the Oct 2011 PGRE, and registered for the Nov 2011 PGRE as well. I have a question about the Oct test score, will I get the score before the Nov test? I just don't want to take the exam again if I did well on the Oct one.

Seriously? Right on that site I linked it has the timetable for Mail/online dates as well as by phone reporting dates. No you won't have the scores by then. You'll have to go by your gut feeling.

Sorry, I thought the score online would be faster. That's too bad, I really don't want to take that test again. ETS is evil!

That's not entirely true. Sometimes scores can come out a few days before the posted date on the ETS site. If you look in the forums for the October 2010 score reports, you'll see that they were given early (by two days I believe). However, I certainly wouldn't count on this, and if it does happen, consider yourself lucky.

At least back in the 07-08 era I recall the scores were consistently coming out 4 weeks after the test date (on Saturday).

In any case, you're very unlikely to get them before the actual Nov test.
