Any ideas about its difficulty compared with October and November tests?

930 is well high enough. instead wasting time and doing a risky job, do some research and/or improve other aspects of your application. even if you study for that test from now, there is no guarantee that you can score higher this time. GRE is only one of the requirements.

It doesn't mean you should restrict yourself to top 10 schools. If your rest of the application is strong enough, 930 isn't a low score for an international.

While I'm no expert, I would guess 930 is as good as 990, in the sense that neither will hurt you nor guarantee admission. Your admittance is dependent on other aspects of your application.

Anecdote: An international friend of mine got into top 10 math program with something like 50th percentile in math subject test. I don't know if subject test is less important in math programs than in physics, though.
